The Imperial Knights:
Sir Thomas Montgomery perfected his skills as a knight at Medieval Times and at King Arthur’s Tournament at the Excalibur Hotel in Las Vegas. His cast of professional stuntmen include some of the best stage combat swordsmen in the business and helped the Imperial Knights win the National Jousting Championships.
Lady Andrea Montgomery studied dressage in high school and spent five years as Master Trainer for the World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions’ National Touring Troupe.
Description of programs: Your students will be thrilled as knights in shining armor make Renaissance History come alive! As they witness amazing horsemanship and skill, the Master of Ceremonies explains how the duties of medieval Knights compare to our heros of today and how it’s better to solve problems with your mind, not the sword. Throughout the show students are reminded that staying free from alcohol, tobacco and all other drugs gives you the freedom to make the right choices needed to succeed in school and in life. The show content and Teacher’s Study Guide fit California’s History Content Standards.
