Sandii Castleberry: Sandii is a credentialed elementary school teacher and professional musician. Sandii performs every summer at the Laguna Beach, California, Sawdust Art Festival. She has been performing her 500+ repertoire of music all over Southern California for the past 20 years. Sandii fronts for several Americana music groups, which includes an all women's bluegrass band!

John Malcolm: A talented guitar player who has researched various California historical facts, legends and sites, written songs about them. He is a consummate storyteller.

Description of program:
This program is a musical tribute to America's patriotic songs, and tells the stories behinds its symbols.  A great school assembly for grades K-5, as it ties into many aspects of the Social Studies Frameworks.  Children love singing with the performers, as they learn more about what makes America so special.
